Lawrence Huey is a Certified Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant with over 16 years of experience in organizational leadership—as a startup founder, non-profit Executive Director, and trusted advisor to senior leaders across sectors. A lifelong student of leadership, Lawrence has dedicated his career to helping individuals and organizations lead with clarity, purpose, and integrity. Lawrence has coached executives at leading institutions including Northrop Grumman, NASA JPL, the U.S. Department of Defense, and Western University of Health Sciences, among many others. He holds certifications from GiANT Worldwide and the Meta Performance Institute, and is known for creating coaching experiences that blend psychological safety, bold inquiry, and unwavering advocacy.
