Alfred Murata
Managing Director
PIMCO
Mr. Murata is a managing director and portfolio manager in the Newport Beach office, managing income-oriented, multi-sector credit, opportunistic and securitized strategies. Morningstar named him Fixed-Income Fund Manager of the Year (U.S.) for 2013. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2001, he researched and implemented exotic equity and interest rate derivatives at Nikko Financial Technologies. He has 23 years of investment experience and holds a Ph.D. in engineering-economic systems and operations research from Stanford University. He also earned a J.D. from Stanford Law School and is a member of the State Bar of California.

Ms. Lin is a senior vice president and investment grade credit portfolio manager in the Newport Beach office. She was a member of PIMCO’s Americas portfolio committee for eight years, and she has also been a rotating member of the emerging markets portfolio committee. She currently serves on the PIMCO Women steering committee as well as the PIMCO LEAP (Leading and Engaging as Asian Professionals) engagement committee. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2014, she worked in fixed income portfolio analysis at Harvard Management Company and was a FICC (fixed income, commodities, and currencies) derivatives trader at UBS. She was named the Next Generation Leader of the Year in 2022 by Women in Asset Management, and she was named a Rising Star at Markets Media's 2020 Women in Finance Awards. She has 11 years of investment experience and holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and an undergraduate degree in mathematics from Peking University.

Partner in KPMG’s Securitization practice with over 20 years of experience in the banking and finance industry including extensive experience in structured finance, credit risk, and consumer lending space. Cindy advises securitization issuers in both term securitizations and warehouse securitization facilities across all asset classes, providing due diligence and deal execution supports. She leads a team of securitization professionals in market-leading transactions involving main ABS issuances in the consumer lending and esoteric finance.
Romanos Daniel

Dr. Romanos Daniel is Chairman of the Advisory Board at QSimulate. He holds a PhD in Mathematics, a Masters Degree in Physics, an MA, and a BA in natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge. He has decades of programming experience, is a specialist in derivatives, trading, and AI having two decades of experience in finance with more than 10 years in Senior management at top investment banks and exchanges. He is a former board member of the world’s largest derivatives exchange (EUREX) and was a Senior Managing Director at UBS in charge of hundreds of traders as the global head of Noncore and Legacy trading, and a member of the executive committee. He is a former managing director at BAML in Hong Kong and spent the first decade of his career at Goldman Sachs. He has worked in NY, London, Tokyo, and Hong Kong.
Ayman Hindy

Mr. Hindy is a managing director in the Newport Beach office, overseeing portfolio management reengineering and infrastructure. He focuses on the oversight of portfolio management processes, technology, and execution. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2021, he was an operating partner at Safar Partners, and previously he was a partner at Advanced Liquidity Concepts, an investment firm specializing in execution efficiency. Prior to this, he was a partner, senior portfolio manager, and head of the U.S. office for Capula Investment Management, and a founding partner and portfolio manager at Platinum Grove Asset Management. He has served as a professor of finance at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University and published research in leading academic journals, and he is a guest lecturer at leading business schools. He served on the advisory board of the Cairo Stock Exchange and the visiting committee at the American University in Cairo. He has 29 years of investment experience and holds a master’s degree in engineering and a Ph.D. in financial economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Xinlin Wang

Xinlin Wang is an IBM Distinguished Engineer and a cross-functional technical leader with a proven track record of success in building solutions to solve complex business problems for IBM clients. In her current role as CTO for Data/AI Innovation and watsonx technical lead in the Americas Client Engineering team, Xinlin focuses on delivering value to clients, promoting the Data and AI strategy, and expanding the delivery capacity of the Client Engineering organization. She is an IBM Master Inventor with 44 issued patents, an IBM Academy of Technology member, and has published over 40 journal and conference papers.

Katy Stauffer

Ms. Stauffer is a vice president and trader in PIMCO’s Newport Beach office, focusing on investment grade corporate credit markets. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2017, she was an assistant portfolio manager at Asset Allocation and Management and a fixed income analyst at UBS Asset Management. She has nine years of investment experience and specializes in the banking and financial sectors. Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Stauffer is deeply committed to making a positive impact in her community through volunteer service and mentorship, notably through the Girls Who Invest program. She also actively contributes to the advancement of women in finance as a member of PIMCO Women and serves on the IAG planning committee for Ascend's Orange County chapter.
Lisha Chen

4C Gallery
Lisha Chen is an artist and a gallery owner. Raised in China, she now works and lives in Los Angeles. She immerses herself in the intersecting spheres of art, community, and immigrant identity, bringing passion and creativity. Believing in art's transformative social power, in 2022, she co-founded 4C Gallery with her partner Decheng Cui. Situated in San Gabriel on the eastern side of L.A. locale known for its sizable Asian immigrant population, 4C Gallery focuses on contemporary art, conceptual art, and the immigrant community. By curating and hosting exhibitions, academic seminars, workshops, and experimental art events, Lisha strives to extend the relationship between art, social sciences, and the community. She provides exhibition opportunities for underrepresented Asian artists and shapes a forward-looking cultural subject for immigrants living amidst linguistic barriers and cultural rifts. As an artist herself, Lisha holds a Master's degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Her art, which spans various mediums such as video and sculpture, has been exhibited in cities across the globe.

Michelle joined Adecco, the world’s leading talent advisory and solutions company in 2020. She is the Vice President for US Search, overseeing the US Operations for Permanent Placement staffing division. With over two decades of industry knowledge, Michelle is a resilient leader that drives business through partnerships, collaboration, and innovation. Prior to joining Adecco, Michelle successfully built and sold two-multimillion-dollar company; one national staffing firm and an IT MSP focusing on the hospitality industry. In her career she has successfully launched businesses, developed, mentored people and notably has been the catalyst for growth and expansion within organizations. She combines her experience of entrepreneurship and corporate leadership to support her passion as a team builder and people developer. She is passionate about the opportunity to change lives and provide purpose by connecting people to meaningful work. As someone who understands the connection between education and the workforce, and the impact it has on communities, Michelle is actively involved in organizations that support women and those who are underserved in local communities. Her main philanthropic commitment at this time is serving on the board for a non-profit, Operation Be Kind. In the past Michelle has served on several non-profit boards in her career including Working Wardrobes. Michelle is a three-time cancer survivor and advocates for cancer research and early detection of this disease. Outside of Adecco, you can find her spending time with her 4 children ranging from 21 to 29 years of age, playing golf, enjoying the gift of time with her family and giving back to the community.

Co-owner of Fitness on Fire alongside husband Joshua for 8+ years, she brings 15 years of fitness expertise since her start at 24 Hour Fitness. Balancing her roles as a dedicated mom to Jordan (2.5) and Jaxson (3 months), her commitment to fostering growth shines through their motto "Everybody Loves Everybody". Sarah Sapiro

Sarah joined Team IMPACT in November 2021 as the Regional Executive Director for the West. Based in Los Angeles, she is responsible for program and development operations for the Western Region. Prior to joining Team IMPACT, she served as Director of Development for National Public Radio (NPR) with oversight of the Southwest Region. Additionally, she spent 6 years in the UCLA Athletics Department. As Associate Athletic Director of Development, she managed the development team and helped guide UCLA Athletics through the launch of a major centennial campaign. Before UCLA, she spent 10 years in the corporate world in roles focused on relationship management and revenue generation. Sarah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UCLA where she was a member of the soccer team.

Dave is a Tax Director in the Corporate Finance group at Edwards Lifesciences based in Irvine. He manages Edwards’ global transfer pricing and intercompany transactions covering 40 territories and jurisdictions. Prior to joining Edwards in 2020, Dave held various positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in their global tax practice, advising multinational national corporations for nearly 10 years in the Seoul, New York, and Southern California offices. He is an MBA candidate at UCLA Anderson and holds an MA in Asian Languages & Cultures from UCLA and a BA in Political Science/International Relations from UCSD.

Hema joined the Capital Group in 2018 and is the Divisional Financial Officer for ITG. Prior to Capital, Hema held roles of increasing responsibility in the Corporate Finance, IT and Corporate Strategy functions. Hema started her career at Deloitte, consulting for a variety of industries and has also worked at Metlife in Finance. She enjoys travel, reading, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Mr. Lee is an executive vice president and portfolio manager in the Newport Beach office, where he leads the team responsible for U.S. commercial real estate asset management. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2013, he was with the private equity real estate firm Canyon Capital Realty Advisors as portfolio manager for two institutional separate account vehicles. Previously, he held positions with O’Connor Capital Partners, Trammell Crow Company, and Bain and Company. He has 22 years of investment experience and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree from UCLA.
Bryan Tsu

Mr. Tsu is a managing director and portfolio manager in the Newport Beach office. He manages StocksPLUS, multi-sector credit, and securitized strategies. He is also a senior member of the insurance solutions team and a senior commercial mortgage-backed securities specialist. Mr. Tsu currently serves as a rotating member of PIMCO's Americas portfolio committee, which he has previously co-chaired, and he has also served as a rotating member of PIMCO's Investment Committee. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2008, he worked at Bear Stearns in New York. He has 18 years of investment experience and holds a bachelor's degree in economics and operations research from Columbia University.
